What is a strip?
A strip is a group of bindis. For eg. below, you can see three different strips

One Strip having 3 Bindis

One Strip having 1 Set of Bindi

One Strip having 7 Bindis

Does every strip have the same number of Bindis?
No. Every strip is unique. As you can see in above example, that DB-1018 is having 3 bindis, EXLU-1022 is having 7 Bindis and DIM-B--1006 is having one bindi set. Thus, strip of every design may have different number of bindis on them.

What is size of a strip?
Approx. 8 cm x 5 cm.

What if after receiving courier, I am not satisfied with bindis?
No company can satisfy its 100% clients. And we also dont have 100% customer satisfaction rate (though most of clients are happy). In a rare case, it may happen that you are not satisfied. In such case, you can send back our products via courier at your cost. As soon as we receive all our products back, we will immediately refund your entire amount to you via paypal (after deducting courier charges, which we incurred in sending to you).

For eg. let us say, that you paid us US$500. And we sent you products worth US$400 + US$100 was incurred in sending courier to you. After receiving courier, you are not happy. You can send all our products back to us at your courier cost. As soon as we get it with us, we will send back your US$400 (as US$100 was already spent in sending courier to you) via paypal within 3 working days (or even earlier)
